She’s a rebel, and therefore a purveyor of justice in the Antimafia Commission. Though trying to institute justice on the mafia is pretty much futile at this point, Rinoa will be damned if she ever stops trying to foil their plans. She’s a leader-head figure in the commission, and is often the creative thinker of the group. When she was an orphan for a time (before her father claimed her), Rinoa was experimented on. She was left with a set of white angel wings that come out of her back when needed. During this time, her senses, strength and abilities are heightened. Rinoa would only use her angel wings if she was under attack. Rinoa has her dog Angelo in Reggio Calabria with her, but he has no magical abilities whatsoever, and acts mostly as a companion.
